What happens if my flight delays my flight?

Our team will monitor your flight, and we will be there until the time the flight arrives. In case of having a change of flight it is very important to contact our team to update the information and provide your transfers according to the new information.

What happens if it rains or there is bad weather?

You can retrograde your activity or cancel without any cost by contacting us 24 hours before re-standardizing it to the nearest date or failing to cancel without cost.

Does my tour include transportation service from my hotel?

We have activities and excursions that include transportation and others that do not include it, we suggest you check in the section of Inclusions and exclusions if your activity will include the transportation service. Should I show my printed voucher or can I display it on my Electronic devices? In Cancun Vacation Experts we are eco-friendly and we suggest not to print the voucher only to show it electronically, along with an official identification.
